Pricing

Grateful Threads custom orders are priced based on the amount of work we put into making the piece. Customs with more designs take longer, therefore cost more. Each "design" adds an extra $5. These designs include symbols and words under 10 characters.

Order Timeline

As a small business, we pride ourselves in the care each Grateful Threads piece receives. Once an order has been places, it will be tie dyed and stitched between 2 and 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping

Once items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Pieces typically take 2-3 days to arrive.

Return Policy

Grateful Threads does not offer returns, as the pieces are produced on a small scale. However, orders can be changed within 48 hours of placing. Email gratefulthreadstulsa@gmail.com to adjust the order.
